Centrally located 3-bedroom single-floor home on a quiet cul-de-sac. 10 minutes from everything (downtown, Little Italy, beaches, Sea World, La Jolla, Zoo, and the airport). My house is perched on a canyon with amazing views from the large private patio. Enjoy evening fire pit sessions and you take in the breath taking views. The master bedroom has a private entrance to the patio. Plenty of parking in the driveway and the street. Brand new stove, refrigerator, washer, & dryer.

With 3 queen beds, this fabulous property offers comfortable accommodations for you and your guests. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a washing machine, heating, AC, iron, WiFi, and a hair dryer. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bidet, hair dryer, and even a bathtub for a relaxing soak. This property was everything we wanted and more! We were in town for my daughters dance competition, which lasted 8 days. From entering the home we felt so comfortable and everything we needed was there for us. Location was key and it literally took us 6 minutes down the 163 to get to the host hotel for classes and competition. Every day we sent a picture to our dance family of our beautiful view!
