Why they chose this property

This is my favorite neighborhood in Cabo San Lucas. It’s centrally located and very close to the beach and downtown but is very quiet. It has great vistas and feels removed and is surrounded by nature. There are also award winning restaurants within walking distance and no traffic. Add the fact it’s 2 minutes to the highway with fast access to both San Jose Del Cabo and the airport and you have a prime location.

A brand new luxury gated community with security, pool/clubhouse, large indoor & outdoor living spaces, a private rooftop with ocean views and an A+ location make this property unique and special.
