3 Bedroom Farm, 4 x 9 Meters Pool, Playground, Orchard and Living Room with Fireplace

Farm in condominium street. No loud sound after 22 hours. Subject to a fine of R $ 500.00.

If your interested in is Party with Funk, Pancadão. Look for another farm.

Daily for 12 people (low season)

Farm for season in excellent location (local traffic only, having its location in a very reserved and quiet) with beautiful landscape.

60sqm TV and Fireplace room with 3 sofas, conservatory, table for card games, TV (satellite), DVD and Sound.

Full kitchen with basic household appliances including duplex refrigerator, microwave, blender, 6 burner stove with air purifier, 8-person rustic table, 2-tank laundry room and electric tank.

3 Bedrooms, (1 ensuite bedroom with double and single bed, 1 bedroom with double bed, bunk bed and large wardrobe, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a single bed), also having two double mattresses and 4 mattresses of singles to distribute to the rooms of the house.

4 Bathrooms being 3 inside the house and 1 near the pool.

Land of 2000 meters lawn with Playground (slide, swing and bench), Orchard, Vegetable Garden, Mini volleyball lawn field, ample parking for vehicles in line.

Pool dimensions 4x9 meters with 4x1 beach (shallow for children to play and adults to sit) and fountain, wooden deck measuring 2.5 x 9, round stone table with 4 stools and parasol, Edicula measuring 30 square meters with rustic table , pre-molded barbecue, sink and bathroom by the pool.

Terrace with games room with pool table, foosball table, card table and 2 sleeping hammocks.

Chacara ideal for leisure and rest.

Sleeps up to 18 people with mattresses

Landmarks: Water Circuit (Socorro, Lindoia, etc); Pedra Bela (Biggest zip line in Brazil), Mustard Waterfall, Monte Sião.
