Reviewer Comments:
Property was clean and well maintained as listed. Great communication with Rental Service. Unit was close to activities that we were interested in.
The unit was very clean and well stocked; it's not walking distance to Sugar Mountain but it's a very short drive and there is a shuttle but option if you prefer not to drive.

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay! Come see us again! RRR
We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and well-equipped home near Sugar Mountain. The kitchen had everything we needed, there were plenty of towels, and the beds were very comfortable. The living room was warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax after a day out skiing. Parking was easy and convenient, and the owners were incredibly responsive to any questions we had. While the fireplace didn’t turn on, it wasn’t an issue for us. Overall, a great experience—we would definitely stay here again!

Everything was fine. We did have issue with upstairs Ceiling fan not working and did not know how to get TV working but did use an extension cord and plug into another outlet and it worked fine. I called and they sent a guy up to check receptacle and everything seemed fine when we got back.

Thank you for choosing Sugar Mountain! It was a pleasure to host your group, and we are glad to hear that we were able to resolve the issue with the tv! Please come again!
This place was so much nicer than expected!! Everything was very organized, clean, and comfy. Such a quiet community as well! The only thing is we could not figure out how to work the thermostat, so it was quite hot in the condo but otherwise no complaints at all. We will be coming back!

No air conditioning as advertised! A cooling fan in den but didn’t put out cool air and could not be adjusted! A sign on window of master bedroom stated “do not open window” Dated 5-15-2025 . Therefore could not open window to get outside air.A large hornet’s nest on railing next to front door. Contacted property manager day of arrival, and asked for fans and to take care of the hornets nest. However, never heard back management . Maintenance did knock down small part of hornets nest but this caused bees to be more aggressive. My husband was stung on Sunday. on Monday after our stay, I contacted the property management team and told them again of our troubles. I asked for a concession due to our problems. She admitted to me that they had not sprayed the hornets nest. It has been two weeks and I have not heard back from management. I have called twice with no response. The unit was hot because we couldn’t open windows and the hornets nest. I think we’re do some type of concession.

RRR manages the unit; we are not the property manager who is responsible for all outside maintenance. We tried to knock down the nest to get rid of the bees, but it is a fact of nature to have outside insects. We are sorry they were stung, but we can't give money back due to a bee sting. We did go back later and spray for the bees, even though this was not really our responsibility.
The window sign was placed by the owner not RRR. Management was not aware that the sign was there.
Many places on Sugar Mountain do not have a/c at all. This one does have the portable unit which has always kept it cool before. The guest did not report that the a/c unit was not working, or we would have had maintenance go up and check the drain. We did not have any extra fans to bring, but there were ceiling fans in every room of the condo, and we have never had issues before. We did not issue any refunds because nothing really warranted one.
