Very nice spot and the property manager was responsive and accommodating. Only thing is the walls are so thin so you can hear people on both sides if they are talking too loud so wouldn’t necessarily recommend if you have young children otherwise absolutely amazing!!!

A notebook with instructions and things to do and places to eat was waiting, which was helpful. I loved the location and it was nice and quiet.Any suggestions I made were welcome by my host. Jerome's place was perfect for our two-day stay. Clean, comfortable and exactly as described and photographed. You'll get an experienced host and a well -equipped space. We loved that we were just a short stroll to morning coffee or evening dinner on Las Olas, but still in a quiet part of the neighborhood. The area is very walkable, but still plenty of parking and very close to the beach, downtown etc. We had a great stay and look forward to returning.

Perfect Two Night Stay!

This place was perfect for our two night stay. The unit was very clean, bedding super comfortable, and you can't beat that parking spot. Jerome was extremely responsive and very accommodating when submitting request. We will definitely be back!

Quiet neighbourhood just a couple blocks from the hustle and bustle of las olas! Door lock very finicky but otherwise everything was a described. Host responded quickly to questions and was kind enough to accommodate and early check in.

Nice apartment with a good location

The apartment is in a very good shape. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has one bedroom and a sofa that opens up as a bed, so 4 people can comfortably sleep at the apartment. The communication with the host was fast and easy, so was check in. The location is a comfortable walking distance from the most popular area of Las Olas street. A 30min walk, or a short(and cheap) Lyft ride to the beach. It was very quiet and a nice neigborhood. We would highly recommend the apartment to anyone!
