Leave your car behind and enjoy the convenience of this perfectly situated beach getaway. A quick stroll takes you straight to the Atlantic Ocean, where the sound of crashing waves and endless blue horizons await. Craving seafood? Awful Arthur's Oyster Bar is your friendly neighborhood option, just steps away. Feeling like reeling in a big one? The Avalon Fishing Pier is also close by, promising exciting fishing adventures.
After a day of beachside fun, unwind in the comfort of Lunar Tide. This cozy home caters to both you and your furry companion. Whether it's curling up on the couch for movie nights or enjoying barbecues on the patio (furry friend leash optional!), Lunar Tide ensures a relaxing and memorable stay for everyone.
Beach Access: Conveniently located close to the beach. Head east out of the driveway and towards the end of Sportsman Drive. Cross NC-12 at the designated crosswalk to access the beach at Avalon Pier.
Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings 51 Weeks in Advance : This home allows the current year's guest the first option to rebook their dates for the future year. Contact our office for details on how to book this home for next year 252-489-4700
No Smoking/Vaping. Pet Friendly - Dogs allowed for an additional fee.
All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
