The Grand Castalian is the future home of our Bed and Breakfast! This beautifully remodeled room is like staying in your own luxury chalet. An ideal location- quiet and secluded, yet walking distance to our charming downtown.

The Appalachian Suite offers a luxurious hybrid king bed. Curl up in front of the cozy electric fireplace with the best view in the house of our wooded acres. The private bathroom offers an expansive shower. Brew some coffee from the in-room Kuerig, slip on a terry robe, and relax in a true haven of comfort.

The first floor opens into a spacious dining area and kitchenette. Relax on our victorian love seat or lounge on our outdoor patio with bistro table. Its the perfect place to have a private dinner for two. At night, warm yourself in front of our fire pit under the stars. With the addition of our outdoor grill you can make it a BBQ night.

There is plenty of parking around the perimeter of the house off the road. There is one private driveway. A ramp on the north side of the house leads onto the porch for easy access. Each door is equipt with a key pad for extra security. Every guest will recieve their own code.

The second floor is accessed through the grand staircase of Castalian Hall with the original woodwork and features. Unfortuanatley, the River Retreat is on the second level and is only accessed from the stairway, NO ADA access.
