Villa Litsarda is a very private, luxury, "green" 4-bedroom villa, situated in the tranquil village of Litsarda, 2 km from the traditional village of Vamos, 6 km from the sandy beach of Almirida and 28 km east of the picturesque town of Chania. The wonderful villa is built in maisonette style, surrounded by a large outdoor area (1.500 sqm) with grassy gardens, beautiful trees and a private swimming pool of 70 sq.m.

Traditionally designed using wood and stone as dominant materials, the villa combines in absolute harmony all modern amenities offering an unforgetable stay.

The villa is suitable for 8 guests providing four spacious bedrooms. Every bedroom is nicely decorated, representing a different theme each time (traditional, red-pop, classic, Zebrano) and making you live a memorable experience. En-suite bathrooms with bathtubs (one with a Jacuzzi) are also available.

A spacious and traditionally furnished living room with a fireplace, a fine dining area and a fully-fitted kitchen are provided in an open plan design.

In the pretty outside, a big private swimming pool with sun loungers and umbrellas, and a lovely outdoor sitting area are surrounded by beautiful gardens with trees and different flowers, creating an idyllic and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for your holidays. Barbecue facilities, a specially designed place for children and parking area are also offered.
