The photos of this property are not accurate of what the property looks like. The hotel is extremely old and is in desperate need of an update. The furniture in the room has chipping paint, the lamps are rusted, the bottom of the closet closets are rusted, the bathroom door look like somebody had just punched it in, the bathroom Ceiling Paint was peeling off. And the old air-conditioning unit sounded like a freight train every evening. It is in desperate need of an update. The only redeeming Quality is the location directly on the beach. It is on the very north end close to Broadway on the beach if you are looking for entertainment for children. But it is not close to the Boardwalk or the Ferris wheel area. I would not stay there again!!

The room was way over priced after we saw the condition of it. There is no cold water in the room what so ever the most your going to get is loop warm not COLD. The shower handles in the shower is broken there was a light. InOut in the bathroom which they offered to replace but we travel with our dog which meant if they replaced it we had to take time out of our vacation to wait for them to show up. The table in the room is raged out the legs buckled twice when we were using it almost lost our meal in the floor. They only provided 4 towels and 4 wash clothes for a 4 day stay which meant you either had to wash your towels if you wanted clean ones or pay an extra fee to have clean ones. The paint on the ceiling and walls are chipping. Also for it to be a smoke free facility the odor of weed is absolutely awful. I don't recommend this place for anyone. We have decided that this was our last year at this property. We have stayed here several times in the past and apparently it has switched management and from what we see it is not what it was and is fast going down hill.

It was a very clean condo and it has a beautiful view to the beach. If you have any questions the host answers immediately. It was a smooth check in and you couldn’t be closer to the beach.
