Although the check in process was smooth and the listing was accurate the experience left much to be desired. None of the kitchen appliances worked appropriately and the WiFi password provided by the host did not work. There was supposed to be a house manual available to avoid having to reach out to the host and it was nowhere to be found. Upon discovering the issues with the kitchen appliances (while trying to cook a birthday meal) we reached out to the host and received what can only be described as a completely dismissive response. There was no human emotion or empathy and we received “I don’t know how to help you right now”. The excuses we received were subpar and the blame was shifted to previous tenants not informing of the issue and the host being over a thousand miles away. If you’re looking for a comfortable and functional place to stay and good communication with the host…THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU.
