Geo and Kenny were fantastic and so helpful. Everyone at the desk are kind and friendly. The woman who cleaned our room did a fantastic job. We will definitely stay there again and recommend you to all of our friends.

The hotel is located near the Tenderloin area, which we found to be an undesirable and uncomfortable area of San Francisco. In addition, we accidentally left two dresses in our hotel room after checking out. We contacted the hotel regarding the missing items, but unfortunately, the dresses were not located or returned to us. This further added to our dissatisfaction with our stay.
