The 1000 sq ft 2B 2BA apartment is located in a gorgeous 1929 Landmark hotel, this spacious and sunny 2BD apartment sits right in the middle of OKC’s most vibrant neighborhood, Midtown, steps away from trendy bars, restaurants and coffee shops.

Within walking distance to many museums, trendy restaurants, pubs , sports and entertainment.

There is not a comparable downtown residential building with such elegance and quality.

Building amenities include secure access, elevator, gated and covered parking. There is one parking space provided.Additional parking on the street.

Our apartment has large windows and lots of them, gorgeous hardwood floors, granite countertops, updated fixtures, appliances and a classic downtown luxury feel! Spacious with a curated modern mix of furnishings in a vintage backdrop.

Comfortably sleeps four with 2 bedrooms (one king and 1 queen), two vintage inspired bathrooms with lots of storage.

Apartment amenities include an ensuite washer/dryer, extra closet and storage space, all bills paid, incl. Cable and WiFi

Guests will have access to entire apartment and amenities. Also the small gym off the lobby. There is a courtyard between buildings that has a gas grill and is available for your use as well.

We are on-site during your stay. Just call or text with any needs that arise! We will leave a hard copy guidebook with a detailed list of all the amazing restaurants and entertainment in the area, most within walking distance or a short Uber drive from the property!

Uber fares are generally very quick to respond and in general average $6 a ride. Spokies bikes are available to rent, and the OKC bus station is about six blocks away. Easy breezy getting around town.

Perfect for FAA, commuting executives or work transfers, contractual experts. Families needing 2 bathrooms.

We have contributed to rebuilding the inner core of Oklahoma City and it is emerging as a thriving and energetic environment.

We are open & friendly people, who in turn expect to host friendly and honest people. We love our rescue cats and dogs like the family they are to us. Why they chose this property

We bought this building at a sheriff's auction in 1997. It had been vacant and abandoned for over 25 years. the homeless , cats and raccoons had set up residence.
The whole district around has been blighted and without any care or investment. It took 11 years to find a willing entity to finance the renovation. But it happened and it helped kick start everything around it that makes you want to be here.

What makes this property unique

Very central to everything in Downtown and very close to all the traffic corridors in around OKC. It is a gorgeous building with wonderful finishes you can't afford to put in new construction today. The italian mosaic floor is an original feature from 1929.
