It was a nicely decorated older house in a neighborhood with other old homes converted to apartments. It had everything you need. The only thing I had a hard time with was the shower because it was an old cast iron tub that was converted into a tub/shower. The shower curtain full surrounds the tub and I would feel dizzy because I didn't have a point of reference to look at while showering and the curtain moving added to the dizziness. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.
We entered not expecting to find an exquisitely appointed inside with tons of room.
Bedrooms were far, far apart for good sleeping.
Enjoyed stay immensely.
It maybe could have had a recliner chair for us old guys.
Thanks to our hosts for this wonderful stay.
Great rental for three of us looking to have some space during a family visit. 10 minute walk to downtown bars and restaurants, cozy beds, and nice amenities.
We drove up from Indiana to see family and when we walked in the doors we were in awe of how beautiful the place was! Everything was so clean and inviting and felt like a cozy home away from home!
This beautiful old house is restored to its previous glory. Very comfortable with a beautiful dining room, comfortable mattresses. Close to public boat launch & public docks for the boaters out there. I’m definitely staying here again.
This place is amazing. Tasteful decorations, everything works, comfy bed. Bathroom is a bit small and awkward, but this is legitimately the only thing here that isn’t perfect. Very close to downtown and the water. Great place overall.
This was the perfect location for our trip as we were going to be in St Clair, Lake Port and on the west side of town! The house is perfect for being able to relax and unwind. Jennifer answered all my questions and was fantastic to work with!
The apartment was charming and clean. Sadly, the primary bed was noisy so much that my partner feared rolling over as he may wake me. Stand alone run was a bit difficult to enter and exit safely. Towels seemed older and could be updated. Decorated very cute!
The flow from one room to another was awkward. The furnishings were basic, comfortable, and did the job. However they didn't match. The dining room was the best, however we couldn't turn on the light over the table. Having the bathroom off the dining room is one example of the awkward floor plan. However because it was a converted old victorian home I don't know how that could be any different. Morning coffee was next to impossible because of an older drip pot.
The apartment was clean was an older home stairs needs some tending to front porch had a layer of patio brick laid over wood stairs un attached fell off getting luggage up porch .Beds needs replaced springs poking you sleeping but made it threw my stay ,great location cute place other wise .
The property was as presented. The neighborhood was very quiet and convenient for activities along the Port Huron waterfront. The home had everything we needed during our stay.
We really enjoyed this location. Cool old house, nicely renovated, very clean, and very comfortable. The hosts did a great job of giving us all the information we needed before check-in, and was responsive to messages. Everything was great, and we would definitely stay here again.
Great place to stay. Well kept and had everything we needed. Excellent location and smooth check-in process. Will definitely stay again when visiting the area.
Apartment was perfect for my stay. It was clean and descriptions of apartment along with amenities was accurate. Owners responded quickly to any questions. If in Port Huron I would stay again.
This main-floor apartment has a fun lake-house atmosphere with lots of space. It is well-located near downtown and the river. It was very clean on our arrival, and well-equipped throughout. There were a couple of snow storms that passed through during our stay and the front steps and sidewalks were cleared immediately. Thank you! Note: the front entrance is 7 or 8 steepish steps from ground level. The host was a great communicator and helpful during our fun winter weekend in Port Huron.
Place was clean, comfortable, cozy. Host was great with communication & instructions. Only down-side was occasional noise - there was construction going on across the street, and the large tankers on the river were heard late at night when there was fog/mist.
