Semi-detached house with separate private entry and private garage. Ground floor with open space modern kitchen (completely equipped) separated from dining room by working open wood fireplace. Separate living room with flat-screen TV and wi-fi. Separate full bathroom (shower) with washing machine. Dryer use also available. First floor with 2 bedrooms and one full bathroom (bathtub). Attic with huge open space bedroom and full bathroom (bathtub). Each floor has its own bathroom! It sleeps up to 8 people comfortably. All fully renovated. Big garden surrounding the house to enjoy outdoor life. Close to city center (800 mt/.5 miles) with grocery shops, pharmacy and library. Close to Milano Malpensa airport (19 km/12 miles), A26 highway entry (3 km/1.8 miles), Sesto Calende railway station (4 km/2,5 miles). Few kilometers away from Lake Maggiore and its enchanted places (Arona, Stresa, Angera, Borromeo islands). Alps surrounding the lake and at one hour drive! Or enjoy a trip to Milano, its shopping and museums, 61 km/38 miles away...
