Music lovers' oasis in the heart of town. Room for the whole family!
MUSIC LOVERS: Make full use of the piano and ukulele in the family room. Enjoy an extensive record collection.
LOTS OF SPACE: This large home offers plenty of room to gather. Large farm table seats eight. A smaller table on the front porch is perfect for morning coffee while watching the sun rise. Need some quiet time? Curl up in the book nook, or retreat to your extra large bedroom.
OUTDOOR LIVING: When you come back from the beach, you can wash off in the outdoor shower then store your gear on the sunny back porch. Hidden behind a wall of privet, you can cook on a brand new grill and sit at an oversized outdoor table. After, you can make smores over the firepit.
ALLERGY FRIENDLY: I keep a gluten and soy free kitchen and can set aside separate cooking tools if you need. The kitchen is not nut-free, though I rarely use peanuts. There are very light rugs and curtains around the house to cut down on dust and pollen. Central air conditioning offers relief from seasonal allergies.
DOG FRIENDLY: There is a fenced dog run to keep your puppy safe and happy. My little one likes to sit in the sun, dig and zoomie!

I grew up driving down Main Street in Greenport saying, "I'm going to live in one of those beautiful houses one day!" I got my dream come true! And now I want to share my lovingly restored home with others. These days, my favorite thing to do is travel. So why not come stay in Greenport while I'm off getting stamps in my passport?
Why they chose this property
My favorite thing about this house is it's proximity to everything you need. The grocery store is two blocks away, and restaurants are even closer. But it's far enough away from the night life scene that you can sleep easy at night.
