The community is centrally located, conveniently close to the Las Vegas Strip and is 24 hour guard gated, including 24 hour roving security. 50 years of history here in the popular and exclusive Las Vegas Country Club. 1/2 mile to the Las Vegas Convention Center and 1-2 miles to Fountainebleau, Resorts World, Wynn, Encore, Fashion Show Mall, and close to it everything. Quiet setting, great to relax, away from it all, but yet so conveniently close to the action of the Las Vegas Strip. Best kept secret in Las Vegas!!! Over 50 years of history here at the Las Vegas Country Club community, less than 1 mile from the Las Vegas strip.
This unit is connected to owners unit, but has its own private entrance and hallway lock off doors to owners unit.
All amenities are private to you, you will not share anything with the owner. All pictures show your own private side. 30 night minimum, signing of applicable paperwork, including rental agreement, is required by the Home Owners Association. Outdoor surveillance and speed cameras are located within the community No parties, No smoking or vaping. Please read. WARNING: Speeding Violation Citations:
Past guests have encountered numerous fines(by the Master Association) for speeding within the Las Vegas Country Club. We can not emphasize enough that speeding is highly monitored and highly cited by the Master Association.

NO SPEEDING The speed limit is 20 MPH in the Country Club ($$FINES for speeding are $150 to $1000 for speeding violation citations, by Master HOA at 25mph and above) HOA is VERY STRICT.
This also includes your Guests, Taxis and Ride share drivers. Please advise your drivers to not speed.

You will be charged the $fine through VRBO, if the results of the Hearing result in any difference in the amount charged, then the additional amount will be charged through VRBO or refunded if less.

How to prevent fines:
Please Do Not Speed. Anything above 25mph, before or after the speed cameras, you will get a speeding violation citation from the Master Association. This include all guests and drivers to your unit.
