Kick back and relax in this calm, mountain house on 10 acres with hiking trails, fire pit with seating for 10.
Five person hot tub, rear screen porch and front porch. 15-30 minutes from many wineries, brewery and distillery. Centrally located between Jasper , Talking Rock and Elijay and Fairmount. Lots of nice restaurants in Jasper and Elijay and Ballground.
Grilling area and outdoor eating area also.

Very private and on top of the mountain with nice views and outdoor firepit as well as hot tub

What makes this property unique

Very modern , just built 3 years ago and has high end appliances , central air etc, 2 porches , privacy and close to 3 local towns Jasper for shopping and groceries restaurants , Elijay antiques and restaurants and wineries . Talking Rock brewery and neat shops. Great BBQ in the area. Big Uns and Bar B Cutie. Carters Lake 15 minute drive
