Overall our stay was pleasant. We had great access to the pool, beach and restaurants outside the compound. Everything seamed to work properly. Checking in and out with Monique was seamless. We really enjoyed Probar at the beach for their food options and drinks

The air conditioning took some getting used to, but we eventually figured it out by the second day, thanks to next giving up at the first attempt . The pool was fantastic, but the beach was a bit of a letdown. Luckily, Monaco Beach was a great alternative.

This is a well-equipped condo. It is up to date and clean. The patio was excellent and with large ceiling fans in the living room, bedroom and patio, we were comfortable without air conditioning.

The only thing we would want the listing to clarify is that, as opposed to saying it’s a BEACH FRONT property which is the reason we booked it, it should say that the Playa Turquesa real estate complex is a beach front complex benefiting from a private beach. The Property, which is in one of the buildings situated at the back of the complex, is actually facing the pool and the other buildings. Even though the listing did not indicate that there was a BBQ on the terrace, it would be a plus if there was one.
