The house was nice, but would definitely benefit from a little TLC. There were floor planks that were coming apart and door thresholds missing where a bit of an issue with young kids. The couch and chairs in the house were not the most comfortable to sit in as it was raining most of our stay we ended up spending a fair amount of time in the house. Still a nice place, but the inside could use some upkeep.

Overall our stay was ok. We ran into a few issues, like shower head not working, refrigerator taking a very long time to cool down and keep our food cool, broken lounge chair (wood was rotted and screws with fabric pulled from wood) and jets not turning off in hot tub, but these things were addressed fairly promptly by the host and maintenance crew. This place could definitely use some TLC, rugs ripped, floor separating, stains on furniture and rugs. Maybe also use a different cleaning company as there was crumbs and dirt all over the floors and food splatter on the counter and side of refrigerator. Just a little attention to some of the issues would help the property present better. Our stay was not ruined by any of these issues, The location of the property was good. Convenient, close to beaches with a very short drive, quiet for the most part, but if you go in the summer, just know there are children in the neighboring home that are home all day that do play outside and did cause a lot of noise, so relaxing was hard. They also had a dog that they left outside that barked quite a bit. Again, overall our stay was still ok, just some things we weren't expecting.
