You will have exclusive access to the entire private ground-floor studio, located within a multi-unit property. A separate rear entrance ensures your privacy and security.
You'll also have access to a serene, fenced-in private backyard with patio chairs, a perfect spot to unwind. For your convenience, a coin-operated laundry facility is available for use inside the building.

Getting Around from the Property

- Bus Option: The bus near the property costs under $2 (quarters or cash only). It takes about 15 minutes to reach Newark Penn Station. The bus stop is at 12th Ave at Bergen St, near the Bank of America ATM. You can ask the driver if the bus goes to Newark Penn, or check Google Maps for schedules. For a faster option, use Uber (10 minutes, ~$10).

- Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR): One of the largest airports in the NYC metropolitan area, located just 10 minutes away. Ubers are available at all times due to its proximity.

Travel Options from Newark Penn Station:
1. NJ Transit (Platform 1): Tickets are $5.25. The ride to 33rd St & 7th Ave takes about 17 minutes. NJ Transit service stops between 2 AM and 4:30 AM, then resumes with frequent trains. For schedules, visit njtransit website.
2. PATH (Platform 1): Tap your card ($2.75).
- World Trade Center: 20-minute direct ride.
- 33rd St: 35 minutes, with a transfer at Journal Square. The PATH operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. For up-to-date schedules, check panynj website.

Buses at Newark Penn: Available, but trains are generally faster.

Driving to NYC:
- If traveling with family, driving can be convenient. It’s about 14 miles (20 minutes) without traffic, but typically 40 minutes with congestion. You can pre-book parking through ParkHero or ParkWhiz for rates as low as $20. Alternatively, park near Newark Penn Station (32 Congress St) and take the train.

- Located on the ground floor within a multi-unit property.

- No Smoking or Vaping: This is a strictly smoke-free and vape-free home. Please respect this rule and refrain from smoking or vaping indoors. Any violation will incur an automatic cleaning fee of $1,500.

- Central AC is controlled centrally and kept at about 70F most of the time. Pretty comfortable and cool room as ground floor

- No Parties Policy: Out of respect for our neighbors, parties are not allowed in the studio.

- Quiet Hours: Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM to maintain the peaceful ambiance of our community.

- Private Backyard: For relaxation and enjoyment.

- Laundry Facility: A quarter-operated laundry facility is available inside the building for your convenience.

- Additional Guest Fee: Extra guests must be registered in advance. Unregistered guests will incur an additional fee and possible reservation cancellation.

- Prior Authorization for Visitors: Due to community restrictions, and safety any visitors need to be pre-authorized. Please contact us beforehand.
