The Villa at Royale Manor is in a meticulous rancher located in an exclusive, quiet, residential neighborhood. A fully equipped SS kitchen and a shared laundry with W/D ensures the comforts of home. The Villa features a King in the Master bedroom and Queen in the second bedroom, both with AC. Private driveway w/gate. Sparkling clean and spacious. Beach access nearby or enjoy the pool and hammock. Pets with permission only.
The space
An open floor plan with large living /dining room and fully equipped kitchen with bar and lots of counter space, 2 door SS fridge, 4 burner SS stove with self-cleaning oven and over-the-range microwave. This is an adult oriented property and is suitable for children over eight.
While our location is on a prestigious street, 20 minutes walk from downtown, we are far enough to avoid the barking dogs, roosters and party people, yet close enough to enjoy all the amenities of Corozal.
While we like pets, we need you to tell us about your pet, so that we can determine whether or not it is a suitable pet for the property. We take one pet per stay.
Guest access
The yard, palapa, pool and BBQ are available for your enjoyment. There are lots of chairs and tables around, so that you can enjoy the outdoors. The laundry room is for the use of the staff predominantly, but we are happy to share, and special days are assigned. There is a clothesline for hanging beach towels (which are supplied). Bicycles are available.
Other things to note:
We are an ADULT ORIENTED PROPERTY. We make our livelihood by supplying accommodation, and because of the pool and the canal we don't accept small children.
Our rates are based on two people, extra persons are charged 25.00 each per night. It will be embarrassing for us and for you if we have to charge for extra persons that were not accounted for.
Swim in the pool, the canal is for crocodiles, but you can fish in it. There are iguanas that wonder through the property from time to time. Just ignore them, and they'll continue on their trek. Please don't encourage them, as they eat the plants.

Royale Manor is located on a prestigious street in Corozal, sandwiched beetween the ocean on one side and a canal on the other. We have a 41 ft slip on the property.
What makes this property unique
I think our property is unique because, while it is located in the town of Corozal, it is still far enough way from the city centre to give us peace and solitute in a busy world. We have all the amenities of home, yet don't have the hustle and bustle on our doorstep.
The waterfront location on two sides, lets us enjoy sea creatures and allows for fishing.
