This modern rustic luxury cabin provides everything families and friends need to make wonderful new Broken Bow memories including beautiful mountain views and a peaceful flowing creek running through the property. The spacious, open floor plan has floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the main floor that flood the cabin with natural light while providing stunning views of the surrounding mountain ranges. All four king bedrooms are on the cabin's main floor with spacious game, bunk, and entertaining rooms downstairs. Perfect for large groups, your crew will have plenty of amenities to choose from during their stay including two hot tubs, playset, pool table, stand-up and sit-down arcade games, shuffleboard, flowing creek on property, more! Cabin sleeps a total of 26 guests.

Main Floor Master Bedroom #1 (sleeps 2): King bed, two nightstands, chair with ottoman, Smart TV, private access to back deck, ensuite bathroom with split double vanity and walk-in shower.

Main Floor Master Bedroom #2 (sleeps 2): King bed, two nightstands, small dresser, ottoman, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Main Floor Master Bedroom #3 (sleeps 2): King bed, two nightstands, dresser, chair, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Main Floor Master Bedroom #4 (sleeps 2): King bed, two nightstands, bench, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Main Floor Living: Gas fireplace, Smart TV, two sofas, two chairs, access to main floor back deck.

Kitchen and Dining: Seating for 8 at dining table, seating for 5 at breakfast bar, double oven, electric stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator and freezer with water and ice dispenser, Keurig K-cup and drip coffee pots, toaster, crock pot, blender, and all standard cookware, dishware, silverware, and drinkware you should need to prepare and serve meals during your stay.

Downstairs Game Room: Pool table, shuffleboard, 4 arcade machines, card table, wet bar with ice maker and beverage refrigerator, Smart TV.

Downstairs Living: Additional full bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower, entertainment area with four chairs, gas fireplace, and Smart TV.

Downstairs Bunk Room (sleeps 18): Six sets of triple-stacked twin-sized bunk beds, ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower.

Outdoor: Two hot tubs, playset for the kids, outdoor dining with seating for 6, multiple entertaining areas, rocking chairs, gas fireplace, gas grill, beverage refrigerator, two levels of deck space, walk-down to observation deck near creek, flowing creek on property, fire pit with Adirondack chairs, circle drive for easy in/out boat parking.

General: Cabin is pet-friendly (up to 2 dogs) with payment of pet fee and manager approval. Laundry closet with double washer and dryer available. Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's front and rear entrances. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-April). Maximum occupancy for this property is 26, no exceptions.
