Host was really communicative, however, upon arrival the central heat and air didn’t work, which was resolved at almost midnight the first night by a maintenance worker. It was also brought to the hosts attention then there was a red substance on the head board as well as some of the bedding, and it was turned around that it was more than likely from our children, even though our children hadn’t even been in that room nor did they have any food in unit yet. Also the water pressure in the bathroom was poor. Despite all the faults in the unit, the host maintained professionalism, and attempted to address our concerns.

As soon as it was reported, our maintenance team was sent and worked to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Regarding the concern about the bedding and headboard, we take cleanliness very seriously. Our cleaning team follows a detailed process after each stay, including video documentation confirming the condition of the unit prior to guest arrival. For this reason, the situation described does not reflect the condition in which the property was prepared. That said, we always review any feedback internally to ensure our standards remain consistent. We also appreciate you mentioning the water pressure, as this helps us continue improving the guest experience. Thank you again for your stay and your communication. We wish you all the best.
