Upstairs garage apartment/guest house furnished with 1 King bed for 2 guests, work desk and chair, tv, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, electric skillet, crock pot, coffee/wine station, keyless entry. No stove/oven. Outdoor grill on balcony. Propane firepit. Small workout space inside with dumbbells and yoga mats. Driveway security. Spa on property available for additional costs w/ licensed massage therapist. (Additional fees apply for sauna, hot tub, games, pool & oudoor shower usage and is NOT included in daily VRBO rate.)
NO pets allowed. NO smoking. NO drug
