Great home for a family!

This house worked out perfect for us. It was a little bit of a walk to the beach, so we opted to drive. The pool and dock access were worth it!

Noticed a few bugs under/around fridge. Also water condensation near fridge. AC downstairs went out on Friday, but fans got us through and upstairs AC. Elevator was very helpful with my 90 year old mother.

Amazing property

Property was recently renovated and in a very quiet part of Sunset Beach. Great accommodations. Owner was very responsive and friendly. Pool was awesome and the reverse floor plan with an elevator was not something you will often find. Would highly recommend. We had a great time and look forward to returning.

Gorgeous view! Very well kept and up to date decor

Beautiful property and very clean. Gorgeous view of water way. The decor and furniture was beautiful! Elevator was a great asset to loading and unloading luggage and groceries. Pool was nice and clean. I felt very safe. Great property to stay at.

An Absolute Luxury

The house was absolutely stunning and perfect for a girls weekend. Never been to a cleaner vacation home ever. The home had absolutely amazing views and perfect to stay at even in the winter time! All the amenities were taken care of by the owner including towels, comfortable outdoor cushions, and anything you could ever need. The elevator was extremely helpful to get groceries and luggage to the floor it needed to be on! My absolute favorite part was the extra large whirlpool tub in the master bathroom, it was perfect for a relaxing night with a glass of wine and a bathbomb. We will definitely stay here again next year for our annual trip! Owner is so accommodating and wants to make sure your stay is everything and more than you want it to be! Love this home!

Great views!

This was an amazing house! Great views of the canal. It was very clean, spacious and had an elevator. The elevator made unloading and loading very easy. The master bathroom has a huge tub that was great for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun with my 5 year old. My family will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay at Sunset!

This is a lovely house in a nice location! This house has a nice view of the bay, which leads to the ocean. There is not another home directly on either side so that you have more privacy and a bit more space than a lot of beach home rentals. The owners are very helpful and accommodating! We had a very nice stay. Would recommend taking and/or renting bikes. The beach is just a short bike ride away and there are additional roadways through the inlets to explore.

Beautiful Escape!

This home has the best of both worlds, the bay and ocean views all in one. It is beautiful decorated, well equipped, impeccable, and very comfortable. Only a short golf cart ride to the beach. Our family and extended family also enjoyed many after beach afternoons by the pool. The owner Leisa and her husband Tim were extremely helpful and responsive to any of our needs or concerns. Would defiantly recommend!

Nice but disappointing

Nice views. Elevator a blessing. Was surprised by flaking paint on front door/ rotting wood. Grabbed the banister and it was loose. Cushions for pool chairs were heaped in a mildewed mass on the garage floor. No toilet paper holders, all missing. Two dining room chairs were so loose had to get chairs from porch. Were told not to touch any of the blinds because they were all broken. Owner said they were having trouble with the dryer, so could I please finish drying the towels and sheets and finish making the beds. Many lighting fixtures missing, dead bulbs, fan not working. Ice maker in refrig not working. Nails sticking up on the pool deck prevented the children from playing there, as well as bird poop in the pool and on the deck from nearby martin houses. There wasn't even a can opener or hair dryer. This was not worth the price or aggravation.

Great Stay!!!

Our family had a great stay at this property. It is only around the corner from the beach and the pool is great to keep the kids occupied after a long day at the beach. I recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Sunset Beach.
