5 bedroom, 3 full baths, master on 1st floor. Great spot to just enjoy the winter views, relax, snowmobile, ski, ice fish or snow shoe. Pleasant Mountain 20 minutes, Sunday River 1 hour, North Conway 50 minutes, snowmobile trails near by, indoor wood fire place and outdoor fire pit.

Beautifully situated vacation property just steps away from the waters edge. 106 feet of your own private gradual entry sandy beach, dock, and float. Expansive water views from almost every window. 2 level, 5 bedroom home with knotty pine interior and hardwood floors with that up north cabin feel. Large master bedroom on first floor with a private full bath. Large level yard. End the day roasting marshmallows over the fire pit.
Boat on Approximately 40 miles of continuous water via Songo River to Brandy Pond to Long Lake. Shop, dine and visit all that Naples has to offer, by jumping in your boat for an adventurous day trip, up the Songo River to the Locks, then on to Bandy Pond and Long Lake.
