The property is in the residential condominium Porta do Sol, located on Castelo Branco Highway Km 63, right after Catarina Fashion Outlet, a must for those who like to shop at inviting prices! The entrance of the condominium Porta do Sol is located on the highway itself, towards São Paulo.
The residential is wooded.
There is an outsourced Asset Security that is responsible for access controls and round-the-clock conduct. I have been an owner since 1999 and have never had any security issues.
The house has 3 bedrooms, one suite with American bed, bath and shower; 1 internal and another external bathroom; The living room has two environments and has cable TV and stereo, and a nice corner for reading.

Sossego e conforto
Passamos o fds na chácara. Fomos mto bem atendidos pelo dono da propriedade e tb pelo caseiro.
Estava tudo mto limpo e organizado, o lugar é sossegado e mto confortável. Nos sentimos em casa. Super recomendo.
