Bella View resort is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in a gated neighborhood just minutes from Tucson National Golf Courses.

Spectacular Catalina Mountain views accent the high desert vistas allowing you to enjoy your vacation stay in one of Tucson’s best areas.

You will enjoy the private backyard with pool (heating available), a spa that is always hot and ready to use, lounge chairs by the pool, new gas BBQ, and a covered patio with a dining table and seating for six. The wrought iron fence provides open views to the adjacent natural desert landscape. The feel of wide open spaces will accent your vacation and make some memorable moments for you to cherish for a long time to come.



The main living space is a great room floorplan, with open spaces and high ceilings. There is a 65 inch 4K smart TV and PS4 in the living space for gaming and entertainment options. The master bedroom comes with a California King bed, 50 inch 4K smart TV, large walk in closet, and a view of the pool, desert, and mountains. The master bath has dual vanities, shower, and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a California King, and a 50 inch 4K smart TV. Third bedroom has Twin beds that can be converted to a King.



The property has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer for your use, and is also fully stocked with towels, pool toys and floating devices to enjoy your stay.



The property has an Amazon Alexa inside that can be unplugged if you prefer.

There is an exterior security camera on the front of the home used for security purposes only. The camera is not turned on when the house is rented/ occupied.

This is one of the most well appointed properties we’ve ever stayed in. It was clean, had quality paper, products, and enough of them. We literally couldn’t think of anything that we needed that wasn’t stocked. It’s also in a great location in acute neighborhood so we were able to enjoy walking! I highly recommend this property. The owner was very responsive and kind!

We had a wonderful stay at Bella View, and the view is lovely. I wanted a clean house with a pool and a view- this met all requirements. I’m super picky about cleanliness and this place was spotless. We were really comfortable here and would definitely stay again. I asked for a couple of little things to be addressed when we arrived and Todd was on it within the hour. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect vacation spot!

Our other VRBO rental had to cancel last minute, so we felt incredibly lucky to find this paradise. Very clean, wonderful pool, beautiful kitchen. Very comfy and will book again next trip to AZ to visit family!

This property is awsome. The place was super clean, the neighborhood pleasant and safe and quiet, the property manager friendly and responsive. The pool was a hit with all of us : summer is hot in Tucson and we enjoyed the pool everyday ! We highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Tucson !

Great getaway

Booked for a quick weekend getaway. Had trouble getting in at first but the owners responded in less than a minute to get us in the house. Property was clean and had plenty of space, neighborhood was quite. Kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Memorable University of Arizona graduation.

We celebrated our daughter's graduation from University of Arizona with family. The home was beautiful and well equipped for any need. Our host Todd was very attentive and easy to reach. Gorgeous sunrises from the hot tub, and star filled nights. Beautiful view of the Catalina Foothills. Will definitely be staying again!

Perfect house for our family

This was our family’s first visit to Tucson and this house and property could not have been more perfect. We have two young kids and they were endlessly entertained by the pool, hot tub and putting green. We were visiting our oldest who is attending the University of Arizona and we found the location of the house easy to go back and forth from campus. This property exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back!

Perfect Graduation Getaway

We've stayed at Todd & Stacey's properties a number of times, and each time they just keep getting better and better. We were in town over UofA's graduation weekend, and this property was perfect. We were far enough away from UofA's campus that the congestion of the weekend wasn't even noticed, but it wasn't too far to get on campus for graduation ceremonies. The property was clean and the pool and hot tub were fantastic--we opted to heat the pool so that kids could get in the water first thing in the morning, which proved to be a wise decision. The owners had also installed a putting green since the pictures of the property had been taken, a nice surprise.

Simply wonderful stay! It was clean, Spacious, and nicely furnished. Everything was as advertised. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked (and labeled ) with everything you needed. Lots of nice touches for a relaxing stay. Thanks for the Yoga mat! Although we did not get to use the outdoor grill, pool, jacuzzi, or putting green, knowing they there was inviting. The warm fall temperatures, bright blue skies made our daily hikes up the trails of nearby Catalina Mountian, Tumamoc Hill, or the Valley loops enjoyable and rewarding. Having family & friends in the area, we hope for return visits.

This property is just as advertised! There were no surprises as the listing, photos, and description were exactly what we experienced in reality. The property was clean and tidy inside and out. Beds were comfy, kitchen had all necessities, pool was delightful, view was stunning and the neighborhood was very quiet. The bathrooms, laundry and kitchen were spotless. There was ample indoor and outdoor seating. The location was perfect for exploring Tucson. Enjoyed the Tucson guide books; there was a nice selection of puzzles and books (in case you forget one!) And as stated above, the neighborhood was nice and quiet. We loved and would not only stay again but recommend to others as well!

Nice Covid-19 Getaway

My wife and i decided that we needed to get away from all the stress that 2020 has brought down on all of us so we booked Bella View . I have to say that my wife and i have stayed in dozens of VRBO properties over the last few years and this place is either the best or one of the best we have stayed in . The pictures and description are very accurate and the property was clean and well sanitized . We cooked all of our meals at the house and found the kitchen well stocked with cookware and plenty of plates, glassware and silverware. We only used the bed in the master but it was very comfortable , the other 2 bedrooms were furnished nicely as well so the home could accommodate a large family easily. We really enjoyed the private backyard and since it was over a 100 degrees each day we really enjoyed the pool , we also enjoyed the hot tub in the evening when it cooled down , both the pool and hot tub were well maintained and clean The owners were easy to work with and left us alone but assured us they were available if we needed anything. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and be back ourselves in the future.

My husband and I have stayed at Bella View Resort 3 times and love the place. The accommodations are clean and comfortable with lovely decor. The kitchen is well-stocked and organized and the pool is great! Todd is a great host who is readily available to answer any questions. This is a great home and neighborhood to stay in as we visit our daughter attending U of AZ.
