We really enjoyed being able to walk a couple of blocks to State St, with all the great food and shopping options. The property was spacious and clean and the host was very helpful.

The host were very kind and generous people. The house was very clean and we loved the location and layout which allowed 3 adults to all have our own room.
We had a really nice stay for four nights over the Thanksgiving Holiday. We really enjoyed all the amenities and being able to easily walk to downtown. The kitchen was well stocked which made cooking Thanksgiving dinner a breeze. Nav did a good job of communicating with us throughout the process. Highly recommended!
We loved the house, the location, and the amenities and hope to book again. The host was very responsive and the house is spacious and well-appointed. The beds and pillows are comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. Thank you, Nav!

Good location but there's a few things...
I would give this house a 3.5 star rating. House is well stocked with all the things you need. Beds are very comfortable and plenty of space for our family. There is plenty of street parking but the street parking is 90 minute parking and permit parking. We had a truck and the carport was snug. The kitchen floor was dirty, there was food on the floors and dirty dishes still in the dishwasher. The bathroom shower handle does not "glide" as stated in the email from the owner. You have to turn it really hard. I had to call the owner to come show me how to turn the shower on because it was so hard and I didn't want to break it. Thankfully the owner called his dad to come show us and he was there promptly. The kitchen window needs some blinds because it looks right into the house next door and the houses are really close to each other. The hot tub is located outside above the carport and it is not private at all. It's open for all the neighbors to see you in there. The location is great. Just a couple of blocks from state street.

The location was great! I took my puppy on a walk downtown every day. The description of the property is extremely misleading. It is a property with multiple units, so the patio is shared. When you are on the patio, you are feet away from a sliding glass door to another resident's kitchen. This makes for an awkward experience. The advertised laundry was behind a locked door that you could only access by going out the back door. There were no instructions or keys for the laundry room. I asked the host and he said you had to reach your arm through the unfinished walls (with no drywall) and reach the locked door knob from the back side to unlock it. Once the door was unlocked, it was a creepy trip through the basement to the laundry room. The advertised barbecue on the patio would not light and was filthy with spiderwebs inside. I didn't bother to tell the host about the broken bbq because I didn't want to use it after I saw the condition. Speaking of the host, one of them lives in a unit upstairs. I could often hear him walking around very early in the morning. The kitchen was very poorly stocked. Not many pots/pans and only one lid. There were no condiments or necessary cooking/dining essentials you should not have to buy when staying in a vacation rental. Also, the windows need screens so you can keep the windows open at night, since there is no A/C. Overall, house was nice, location was awesome, amenities were terrible. Very misleading description.
