thank you for you kind review. The condo tower sits on a 100 foot rock and each floor is a double floor. When I go the first thing I do is open the balcony shutters and enjoy that view. Glad you had a good time.

Unfortunately the elevator went in and out of service when Emily was there a few times.. Then at the end something happened to the elevator card and then the new card had an unexpected delay in customs.. It was supposed to come the next day in express orders but there was delay in customs. As I heard information about the repairs I texted it to Emily. However there are two elevators. But the second elevator is a new one was being energized at the time so it was not operational yet. So the only option was the stairs and Emily father was older so she had to get a new place.. Then Emily needed time to find another place and take her things down the stairs. She asked for a later check out. I told its fine leave when you are all set. She left mid afternoon. It was an unfortunate set of circumstances and little I could do .

I have in my welcome attachment to that the guest text me when they are close to arriving. So if need be I can help them if need be. I did not get a call from Jill I also have detailed welcome instructions There are two keys one for the condo complex and the other for the elevator. The apartment is push button with a backup key. I do not know what else I can do. The portable air conditioners have been replaced by mini split systems.

I am glad Rachel had a good time. While its too rough to swim in the front of the beach a swimming option is Costa Azul Beach which is about 5-7 minutes walk to the left. And the administration is in the mist of replacing the old elevators. One of the towers elevators is brand new and is coming on line very shortly. Each tower has two of them and both are being replaced.

I will reply to the majority of Sally’ s complaints. 1) Yes, the garage elevators do not work. The new administration is addressing many issues, and this is one of them. If it was operational, it would take you to the West tower and we are in the East tower. I have added a note about this in the welcome attachment. Unfortunately, you will have to walk to the east tower from the garage. 2) Some people do not put the keys back in the garage lock box. If that is the case either I have another parking spot with another two sets of lock boxes or I will ask the guard to let you in the complex. I have another spare set by the entrance door in a lock box just in case. I also tell people to text me about 15 minutes before you get there just in case you get stuck. 2.5) Yes, someone broke the blade of the living room fan. Since I had many back-to-back bookings the earliest, I could replace it after Sally left, which I did. 3) one pane of the balcony window is missing. It can no longer be fixed. I have a new sliding door replacement for the windows on order. 4) There is chipped part of concrete on the balcony ceiling. The administration is tending to the various condo repairs, and this is one of them on the list. 5) I just asked the maid about bathroom liners. They are there, she just bought new ones. So, I do not understand this comment. 6) I only heard about the sinks being clogged when Sally left. I would have tended to this issue earlier if I knew about it then. 7) The swimming pool hours from 9 am to 6 pm are quite normal times. They cannot stay open to someone’s after hour swimming whims. Also, If the swimming pool is locked just call security, the number is listed in the welcome attachment. 8) The things to activities do activities list is not outdated. I would really like to know what major new activities I missed.
