The space

Pool is heated to 85 degrees during winter months (Nov-Apr at no cost). If outdoor temperature drops below 50 degrees, pool temperature may be lower than 85 degrees. Pool is being cleaned once per week, we provide nets and skimmer for our guests usage in between pool cleanings.

The property was perfect for our purpose. It had everything we needed except hair blow dryers and extra trash bags in the kitchen, no must haves but would have been nice to have. This really is a very nice property and we will definitely be back again.

This is a great home with many amenities. There were plenty of initial supplies. Check in was easy. The beds were comfortable and everything was nice and clean. We sent one message re the outside lights and never heard back. Some of the lights in the house did not work but didn’t bother with a message. The hot water in the master suite takes awhile to warm up. The largest downside was the street it’s on as many of the homes and cars looked not well taken care of-clearly no HOA here.
