Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re really glad to hear you enjoyed the place, but we’re very sorry the noise from the unit above impacted your stay. We understand how important a quiet and relaxing environment is when you’re traveling. Our homes are designed to be comfortable for all guests, but in multi-level properties there can occasionally be some sound transfer between floors. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as feedback like yours helps us continue improving the guest experience. We hope you still had an overall enjoyable visit, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Had a great stay. The kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood amenities were nice. Enjoyed the pickleball courts. Great communication. One suggestion: it’s very bright at night from the lights outside. Window coverings would make a huge difference for sleeping.
