BLACK BEARS:
- Please read up safety measures
- Do not leave any food outside the cabin (including your car)
- All garbage must be placed in garbage bins inside the cage
- Secure garbage can lids and cage
HOT TUB SAFETY:
- Hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every guest
- Keep hot tub lid on when not in use
- Handle hot tub lid with care
- Underaged guests using the hot tub must be monitored by an adult at all times
- Do not use hot tub if you are pregnant or intoxicated
- USE HOT TUB AT YOUR OWN RISK!
GUEST ACCESS:
The winding mountain road heading up to the Relaxing Escape is a short drive up the mountain. It does have a couple steeper sections but the asphalt grippy. After driving this once it’s super quick and easy to going up and down for outings. There is a one car bridge at the base of the mountain. Please note: although not too common, due to lower elevation, there is a chance of light snow and potential for ice in the winter. Although we’ve never had an issue getting up and down the mountain we can’t control Mother Nature. Please use your discretion and take necessary precautions.
****Please be aware:
- Occasional power outages may occur. Sevierville County typically acts swiftly to restore power. However, in the event of an outage, both water and electricity may be affected. Refunds are not provided for weather-related issues. Nonetheless, we supply flashlights and will promptly notify you once power is restored. Consider it part of the adventure of the Smoky Mountain stay.
- The cabin is in the woods so you will most likely see or hear critters.
- You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk!

If a guest does not vacate the property by 10 am on their scheduled day of departure, there will be a fee of $50.00 administered for the first hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guests fails to vacate the property.
