Located one mile east of the Lillian Boat Launch, there are many attractions in nearby Pensacola, Perdido Bay, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Foley, and Mobile.

Open space living area includes a full kitchen with granite countertops, bar with 2 barstools, dining area with 6 chairs, large sectional couch, and 75-inch TV.

Master bedroom includes a king bed, private bathroom with granite countertops, and walk-in closet on west side of house. The east side of the house includes 3 guest rooms and shared bathroom with granite countertops. Two guest rooms feature queen beds. The third guest room features bunk beds, twin over full.

Office with custom-built barn doors includes a desk, 27” monitor, and laptop stand for your use. Futon folds out to a full size bed for additional sleeping area.

DOG friendly property (with fee) includes indoor kennels (upon request) and shaded dog run area.

Backyard features a large open concrete patio, covered patio, propane grill (propane not provided), patio set with umbrella, and outdoor shower.

Keurig coffee (regular and decaf), sugar, and half-and-half are available for the first day.

Guests have access to the full property and a 2-car garage. The backyard shop, one kitchen pantry, and loft in Crew (bunk) room are reserved for owner storage.

NO SMOKING. Smoking and vaping are not permitted in the home. Outdoor smoking is allowed if properly disposed. An additional $300 cleaning fee will be charged if cigarettes or tobacco remnants are left in the house or on the property.

There is no housekeeping during the guests' stay.
