Pool was too dirty to swim in. One of the bath tubs on the second floor had mold in it. The tv in the living room didn’t work. It did not appear to have a connection to a cable tv service. No instructions. Overall, the property is in need of major upgrades.

Oh my goodness. I am so sorry to hear all this. I wish you had let me know, so we could have fixed these things while you were there. The guest after you let me know about the pool. Turns out our pool pump had broken. Was able to get it fixed and had a clean pool again the next day. I’ll let the cleaners know about the tub, but we’re diligent about the humidity and air conditioning. We’ve never seen any evidence of mold as long as we’ve lived there. If you’d told me, I could have come over to clean it. We do have streaming services and internet on all of our tv’s. Here again, I wish you’d let me know so I could have helped you through it. I didn’t leave instructions, as you’re the first guest we’ve had who didn’t know how to turn it on? But I’ll be sure to add instructions now that I know it could be an issue. I wish you the best. Just disappointed you didn’t mention anything.

Great House

Stayed here for 3 nights to enjoy our son’s graduation at the local Navy base. House was beautiful, quiet neighborhood, close to other local businesses, and great communication with property manager. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed playing pool as well as swimming in the pool.

Everyone had a wonderful time. From check in to our leaving, the experiences were only positive. It was our first time staying at a rental house, so no one knew what to expect. The host made it a relaxing and painless process. The house was amazing, clean and in a very quiet and safe area close to many places to visit. Communication with the host was prompt alnd friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

There were many positives about this home—the spacious layout, a great kitchen, and very responsive owners. However, we did run into some cleanliness issues. The pool, showers, and dishes were not as clean as expected, and we ended up washing everything we used from the kitchen cupboards before using it.The home is located in a beautiful neighborhood that is advertised as quiet, which is accurate—but something to be very aware of. We were a group of nine (six adults and three boys, ages 13, 11, and 9). On our first evening, around 7:30–8:00 pm, the kids were swimming in the pool. Later, after we had gone inside with all doors and windows closed, my nephew was using a karaoke machine. We began receiving urgent messages from the owners saying neighbors were complaining. While it felt early in the evening, we understood the need to respect the quiet setting.On Sunday afternoon, while the boys were again playing in the pool, a neighbor yelled at us over the fence. After that, we felt uncomfortable using the outdoor space and ended up keeping the kids inside, which put a damper on the trip.Overall, if you are traveling with children or plan to spend time outside, it’s important to be aware of how strict and sensitive the surrounding neighborhood is. We often felt like we had to be extremely cautious, which affected our ability to fully relax and enjoy the stay.
