Peaceful retreat

Had a wonderful stay! Everything worked as expected and the house and property were very clean. Easy access to the beach for strolls. Just wish we had time to use the supplied s’mores in the stocked fire pit. Thank you!

Beautiful Home! Perfect Peaceful Getaway on the Water

The home was gorgeous inside and out. Very nicely stocked (all the usual I expect in a VRBO - plus extras like toiletries in each shower, firewood, even a s'mores kit!). Our family of 4 had an amazing time enjoying the deck, home, and especially the water - this little inlet is very calm (well, it has some currents due to tide, but no waves) and because it's not as deep as the Sound, it is relatively warm for local salt water. Our kids played in the water and paddleboarded for 8 hrs/day. We were there over 4th of July weekend and the neighbors' firework displays over the water were a highlight, as was the local bald eagle who flew by regularly and spent some time in a tree just outside the front windows. Thinking we'll be back next summer.Thanks so much for sharing your home!
