Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If you have moved any furniture or items, please return them to their original place.
Make sure the main door is properly locked before leaving. Please ensure that all WINDOWS are closed, and that lights and appliances are turned OFF.
🗑️ Trash: Please place tightly sealed garbage bags in the trash chute located behind the building. (Exit through Tower 3, turn right twice, and you’ll see the door halfway down the walkway.)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be respectful during your stay. Avoid loud noises and respect quiet hours, especially at night.
🚭 No smoking or vaping inside the apartment. Use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly. Violation fee: $150 USD.
