Love the small town atmosphere of Maxwell and recently retired and have time to host and work as a artist in my art studio on the property.

Just across the street from the high school where many community events are held and a great restaurant / butcher shop with in walking distance.

This property is unique because Maxwell does not have hotels to stay in, great little apartment to stay when visiting friends and family in Maxwell.
