Relax by the lake shores in a woodburning sauna, kayaking and paddleboarding, or around the firepit. Cook amazing bbqs in a professional woodpellet grill, overseeing the lake.

Relax and have fun in our movie/game room, watching your favorite movies or playing a pool game.

This house has it all for a perfect group getaway. Family and friends, even your pets are welcome!

Minutes from Cortland, with quick access to the amazing wineries of the finger lakes area.

THE OUTDOORS
Walking down the stairs, you'll find the lakefront backyard with firepit, sauna, kayaks and paddleboards. Enjoy the lake life!

Firewood is provided.

The back gallery has a large dinning table and a wood pellet grill to enjoy a nice bbq with lake views.

LIVING ROOM
The living room with tv and comfy seating, perfect for a relaxing time.

GAME ROOM
Chess board, fusball, pool table that turns into ping pong table, 75'' tv and the comfiest quadruple sofa you'll ever lay on!

Large table for 8 and additional table for 4 for everyone to enjoy dinner together!

This is a fabulous getaway location! The house is large, very clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. We loved all the amenities - the lake and kayaks, hot tub, game room with big screen tv and lots of seating. We didn't use the sauna but thought that was cool too. Beds were comfortable and all rooms have ceiling fans and A/C. The location is great as well - it is on a peacefully quiet road, and conveniently located 20 minutes to either Cortland or Ithica and only an hour from Syracuse.The host was very responsive and pleasant. Instructions were very clear and they also messaged to ensure we were happy and had everything we needed. We look forward to staying there again when visiting our son at college.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We went to the grocery store once and then didn’t leave for four straight days. The house has everything you need to keep EVERYONE entertained and relaxed, and we enjoyed it all. The paddle boards and kayak were so fun - we went out multiple times a days on the quiet, perfectly sized lake. Loved the easy access to safe walking for our pup (and the bonus of a nature trail close by). The hot tub was so relaxing in the shade and we enjoyed dinner on the deck each night overlooking the lake. The movie/game room was a huge hit and so much fun. Everything was clean, well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. A fun, cozy, nicely updated house with tons of character. We can’t wait to come back in the winter!
