This villa is found at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet residential area of Binibeca. Surrounded by mature gardens and backing onto wooded green belt, it is only a short walk from one of Menorca's most beautiful sandy bays. This split level property has a large under-cover terrace overlooking pine trees, the large pool and sunbathing terrace and is perfect for alfresco dining. The pool terrace also provides another outside eating area and barbecue. The terraced gardens with pine, olive and palm trees provide welcome shade from the heat of the summer for those who prefer. The cool interior is attractively and comfortably furnished and is well equipped with TV in English, DVD and CD players and wi fi.

Fantastic Binibeca villa

Great villa in fantastic location. Clean, spacious, brlliant pool for our kids, close to a beautiful beach and many lovely restaurants in easy walking distance. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Lovely villa

We were a party of 3 couples and the villa was absolutely ideal for us. The outdoor space is excellent with lots of space to sit and chat or gather round the able for a meal. It was easy to cook “at home” in the well equipped kitchen or the barbecue. We all agreed that the villa was just lovely and Helen was so helpful with local information.

Home from home

We had the pleasure of spending 3 weeks at the villa whilst in Menorca for our daughter’s wedding. The villa is set in an ideal location close to the beach & restaurants. Surrounded within beautiful grounds the pool is the perfect place to cool down after a day in the sunshine. The villa is well equipped and Helen was great to communicate with throughout our booking. If ever we are in Menorca again we’ll certainly come back.

A lovely week in this spacious villa

Our second stay in this lovely villa, so convenient with the beach, restaurants and shop all within easy walking distance. Helen’s welcome pack was very useful and the addition of aircon to the villa since our last visit was greatly appreciated. The pool and gardens are lovely and we spotted one of the tortoises. We will be back again I am sure.

Beautiful villa, ideal location

We had a lovely stay in Helen's beautiful villa - it really is as nice as it looks in the pictures! The covered outside area is great and the pool was fantastic - bigger than we expected and very clean. Our party was 2 families with 5 kids under the age of 10 (inc a baby) and location of the villa is ideal, very close to Binibeca beach and a short walk to amenities / restaurants. Helen was a great host and her villa feels like a home rather than a souless holiday let. Highly recommend!

Paradise!

Our stay was absolute perfection. Helen the host was so friendly and informative. The house is gorgeous and very comfortable, attractive terrace with big table for family meals in the open. Lovely quiet location but within easy reach of shops, restaurants and beach. Beautiful pool, great size and spotlessly clean. We spotted a couple of tortoises on several occasions. Would love to return in the near future.

Fantastic

We had a great time at the villa, it is in a great location and not over looked. Youngest visitor was 8 months to 55 years. On leaving by the back gate there is a play ground which was great for my other 2 grandchildren who are 6 years and 4 years. Helen was there when we arrived and couldn't have been more friendlier. Only draw back is no air conditioning which we missed, but would definitely return if this improvement was made. Other wise a great holiday was enjoyed by all.

Perfect location

We have just stayed at Helen's villa for 2 weeks having rented in Menorca 6 times over the years. It was the best location and the best villa by far. Loads of outdoor but shaded space as well as two areas for entertaining (we have lots of friends who come to the island so we entertain a bit). The villa is really well equipped (way better than anywhere else we've been to for more) and Helen and Ian could not have done more to make our stay perfect. The beach really is a 2 minute walk from the back garden which worked really well. Our children are 13 and 8 and loved the pool and the separate living areas. We're not returning to Menorca next year but would absolutely book it again in future years. Helen is very knowledgeable about the island having lived there for years and this is a real bonus. We loved it and her and Tiny the Tortoise

Villa Binibequer

House brilliantly situated in a very quiet area but also so close to the beach and restaurants. Perfect. House really nice and outside patio and pool areas were excellent. So easy to get in and out of the pool with the new steps. Only two things - one of the air conditioning units in one of the bedrooms leaked but was fixed the next day. Secondly, there is no reference in thecdetails that there are about 20 steps from the road to the front door. This might catch out people with mobility issues. I have an amputated leg above the knee and wear a prosthesis but I was able to get down them with my two crutches. Others might not be so fortunate.

Idyllic villa and location

On arrival as we walked down the steps to the villa, our breath was taken away by the sight of the glistening blue pool, beautiful greenery and the terrace surrounding the villa - it was even more beautiful then the website photos. Helen was there to greet us and show us around, it was lovely to meet her after the numerous emails answering lots of my random questions !! We were a family of 5 that included my 10 month granddaughter. The villa was spotless ( a credit to Helen and her cleaning team ) very spacious with a beautiful well equipped kitchen that was a pleasure to cook in whilst on holiday. There are so many lovely areas around the villa but my favourite was the upper terrace and having the safety gate made this a lovely area for my granddaughter to whizz around in her hired baby walker. Binibeca is a beautiful small resort and the closeness of this villa to the beautiful beach makes this the perfect rental. Thank you once again Helen for allowing us to rent your wonderful home.

Superb villa, gardens and location

We chose this villa as it had all the modern facilities, space and private pool. We were not disappointed. It was a beautiful setting and we enjoyed more evenings than usual around the pool making use of the barbecue and lovely setting. The 3 bathrooms was a great plus - all beautifully decorated and clean - it meant the family could all get ready at the same time!! No queuing!! The kitchen is large and open which meant we could all be in it!! Extra help at meal times!! The kitchen is fully equipped with more utensils than ever!! That's a first!! We could easily have eaten in every day. We also went home with clean clothes - having used the washing machine! We felt very at home! The access to the beach from the villa is only a couple of minutes which was perfect as we had a small child. Safe beach and great beach bar too. We had hired cars to explore other beaches but local amenities meant you could enjoy time here and still be able to have beach, restaurants and a local supermarket in easy reach. The village of Binibeca Vell is stunning and is lovely both at night and day. Menorca is a lovely, unspoilt island and has many lovely beaches. Thank you Helen for letting us spend time in your beautiful home - I know we will be back to Menorca another year. Highly recommend this villa for couple and families alike!!

Great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings

The house is well appointed with a great outdoor area and pool. The location is fantastic the nearest beach is a short 4 min stroll away. There is a lovely choice of restaurants in Calet Torret providing plenty of variety and good service. Cala Mar and Taberna del Corso we enjoyed along with The Bakery which was an excellent spot for breakfast.

Fantastic Villa

This Villa is Fantastic! I have recently returned from staying in this villa and can honestly say it is everything you could wish for and more. I was with my family (4 Adults 3 Children) and we were more than comfortable. The first impressions were breath taking, the size and cleanliness of the pool all great. Its location is perfect added with the seclusion just makes the place . A short walk to a lovely beach (which can get quite busy) as well as a few restaurants and supermarkets in either direction makes eating out or in ideal. As for the Host's (Helen & Ian) they were great and ensured our weeks holiday was perfect. I will booking this place again for next year

Wonderful Stay

We had a wonderful stay in Helen's villa. There was plenty of outdoor space perfect for us as a group with teenagers and it was very private and very peaceful as well as really pretty. The listing doesn't specify (I don't think) but every bedroom does actually have air con which was a very nice surprise and very welcome in July ! The location is perfect - the beach is practically at the end of the garden and there are lots of shops and restaurants near by. I have been to Menorca many many times but this is the nicest place I've stayed - it feels like a home not a soul-less holiday let and we would love to come again

Tolles Haus. Die Veranda ist einzigartig, zum verweilen bis spät Abends, da sie windgeschützt ist. Der Pool wurde neu gemacht! Liegestühle und grosse Sonnenschirme, sowie Badetücher waren vorhanden. Neu hat es eine Aircondition. Die nähe zum Strand ist ideal nur 3 Minuten zu Fuss. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt .

Beautiful place in great location

Helen’s place is beautiful, exactly as it is in the photos. It was perfect for our family holiday and in a great location with the beach only 2mins walk and a little children’s park out the back gate. Our girls loved it and so did we! It’s also walking distance to the shops and some really lovely restaurants. Would highly recommend and Helen was extremely helpful. We’re already planning our trip back!

A lovely holiday

We had a great holiday in this comfortable villa! We particularly loved the proximity to the beach, the outside seating area and the pool that was large enough for a proper swim. It is very well equipped with comfortable beds. Yes it was warm at night, but we got used to it and the fans helped. Helen was communicative and helpful, both before and during our stay. Having been to Binibeca three times before in different villas, we would definitely return to Helen’s villa.

Perfect location

We had an amazing week in such a great location, especially with the beach within touching distance - early beach visits with the children and then sundowners at the beach bar were just awesome. The villa is very well kitted out, apart from we bought bigger glasses to take gin portions but perhaps that’s just us... :-). Another great stay in Menorca and thanks Helen for being so welcoming.

Peaceful and relaxing location

The villa was fab and Helen was a great host. Well equipped and lots of space for our group of eight. Short transfer from the airport. The garden is lovely with lots of shady areas and hammocks to relax in. The children loved the pool and it was big enough for our huge pink flamingo which we hired! We saw one of the tortoise and left it water and fruit. Some nice local restaurants and places to have a cocktail. Lovely ice creams from the van by the beach. The landtrain to Punta Prima was bumpy but lots of fun. Mahon market is worth a visit and there’s lots of places to eat there. Overall we had a great 2 weeks the only downfall was no aircon in the villa. It was very hot and with high humidity we all struggled to sleep at night, even with a fan in the rooms and windows open. Also bring lots of mosquitoe repellent as we all got lots of bites even with the spray on.

The mature gardens and split levels of this property provide several different areas to relax, dine, sunbathe or simply while away the time with a book in the hammock under the trees listening to the birds.

What makes this property unique

The unique benefits of this property are definately found in its location. It is so close to the beach you can hear the waves on a breezy day. This proximity to both beach and all amenities make car rental a personal choice and not a necessity, yet it is quiet and secluded surrounded by pines and wild olive trees. There are both sunny and shaded areas within the garden making it ideal for all preferences and age groups.
