▪️Guest Bedroom (Lower Level/Basement): Twin bunk bed (2 twin beds).
▪️Guest Bathroom (Lower Level/Basement): Convenient for all guests.

Security Deposit:
The security deposit is not counted in the total. The deposit is $300.00. This is fully refundable and not a charge just a temporary hold placed on the card 2 days before arrival and released 4 days after departure as long as there have been no damages. The deposit is through our company, Bearskin Lodges, and not through the booking platform.

Great place, unfortunate that much of the acreage was not accessible due to the stairs marked as keep out, but otherwise a nice place to relax and enjoy Pagosa
