Our family has always had a passion for boating, fishing, and the great outdoors. For over 20 years, we've cherished the river life and the memories it brings. We wanted to create a special place where we could gather with friends and family to share those experiences and continue enjoying everything this beautiful area has to offer.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s ideal for our young kids who love spending time outdoors. With the city park, fishing ponds, and the Guttenberg city pool just across the street, it offers endless opportunities for them to play, swim, and explore—all within a short walk from the house.

Perched at the base of the scenic Guttenberg bluffs, this charming home is just a short 200-yard stroll from the Guttenberg Pool and Darwin Duwe Ballfield and Playground.
