Dissapointed.
I'll start with the good. Appeared clean and neat once we got in. Appliances (TV, Refrigerator and Stove ) Late model and worked well, as did wifi. Property was not as advertised. Queen size bed was only a full sized bed. I'm a tall man wife is not a petite woman. bed was extremely uncomfortable. NEVER WOULD HAVE RENTED KNOWING IT WAS FULL SIZED BED! Laundry was in a seperate building, in the basement and down a steep ramp. inaccesable to my wife due to the steep angle of the ramp. it was also not exclusive to us. As a result had to wait until other people decided to get their laundry out of machines on more than one occasion. Furnace failed, they were good about getting somebody out on a Sat. and actually getting it fixed. Hot water failure. almost 3 days no hot water. No replies from host via msg. Phone calls blaming Columbia Gas. Promised refund for days without hot water, As of writing this, have not recieved. Roaches! They sprayed for roaches, when dealing with no hot water. afterwards there were more. We left the vrbo a week early. Could not reach host via msg,
