We had a fantastic stay, house was as described and we had plenty of room. Kitchen was well equipped which we appreciated and had not been our experience with other properties. Would stay here again for sure!

The house is in a perfect location, lots of restaurants near by and close to downtown. The house was a wonderful set it and was perfect for our group.

Oh! Very nice.

Very nice & super clean. Location was convenient. Attractive vrbo. Not only was the house really good but a courtyard & backyard was an added bonus. We would stay there again.

Absolutely beautiful, clean and accommodating home. Had everything we needed and more! The location was amazing for us because it was close to great food, grocery stores and gas stations. We slept so comfortably that we look forward to staying again. Thank you

So Comfy

We had 5 adults stay is this charming home. They have all the creature features of home! Beautifully decorated, awesome rugs! Beds are so comfortable. Plenty of bedding and towels. One of the Best VRBO homes I’ve stayed in!Easy access to the highway, great location! Highly recommend this home.

Book Club Reunion

We decided to hold a bookclub reunion in Lee's Summit to visit one of our members who had moved to the KC area. This beautiful home met our needs perfectly. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us to visit, eat and we each had our own bed! The house was clean and beautifully decorated, can't think of anything we needed. It was close to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely Perfect

Our family came in town for a reunion/80th birthday celebration. This location was perfect as it was close to all of the weekend festivities. The house was perfectly maintained, clean, and homey. It had all the necessary amenities and more. Very easy communication with the owner. Highly Recommend!

We had a great family time for Thanksgiving. Plenty of room for everyone. Appreciated the cleanliness, nice beddings, decor, and large dining table for our meal. Nice to have 2 large couches and tvs in all bedrooms. The kitchen appliances were nice. Loved having fenced backyard. We do have some suggestions: bathrooms tile floors need to be replaced because of cracks and loss of grout. Woodwork paint by tub needs repainting. The upstairs shower has strange reactions with the water. The kitchen sink is braced underneath by 2x2 wood planks. Must be there to keep sink from falling, which could be dangerous. The kitchen tap is loose and turns around.

Upon arriving to the property we were told they would send the door code. After several messages and a phone call they sent us a code after 4 pm. The first code they sent was wrong and had to call back a second time to get the right code. Once we entered the house we found mouse droppings all over the house including on the bed! Called again and asked for a refund as we left and got a hotel room. Did not receive a refund and they will no longer speak to me! Terrible mouse infested property! Would give zero stars if possible.
