The home has been lovingly restored with all amenities, including, library, dining room, large living room, spacious bedrooms and baths.. Plan to make unforgettable memories here, along with the above mentioned amenities there is also hiking, and great sledding when there is snow. Relax on the front porch and watch the abundance of wildlife. This property is a beautiful sanctuary and great place for gatherings! weddings and other events can be also be booked through host.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was spacious, beautifully maintained, and perfect for our family. The outdoor and indoor amenities were fantastic—our group loved the playground, pool, playroom, and pickleball court. There was something for everyone to enjoy!The location was also ideal—just a short drive to downtown Newark and Heath, yet it felt like a peaceful farm getaway. It was the best of both worlds!Julie was an excellent host—very responsive and kind. Any time we needed something, she replied promptly and took care of it right away.Overall, we had such a positive experience and would absolutely stay here again if we're ever back in town. Highly recommend!

Quaint Family Getaway!

The house and property was gorgeous, tucked away behind the tall pines and field, it was the perfect getaway for this trip. The house was cozy, decorated with a farmhouse feel, and the deep barn side red exterior. The in ground pool was refreshing and provided hours of entertainment for my family. This was exactly what we needed. House was clean and the property was beautiful! Thank you for the wonderful experience!

5 Star Potential

A family wedding was nearby, so when we found a place with a pool, hot tub, pickleball courts and pet-friendly we decided to book an extra night and make a long weekend for relaxation and extended family fun. The property changed ownership between booking and staying, so many things were not as pictured in the listing. Furniture was acquired to fill the space, but most lacked comfort. The pool and hot tub weren't clean or ready for use upon arrival, but after a few hours cleaning and an extra day of heating, we enjoyed them for a few hours on Saturday. More hooks are needed throughout bedrooms and bathrooms and kitchen needs more tableware to support guest capacity.The manager and owner were responsive and apologetic in recognizing the shortcomings of our stay, and I expect their investments and efforts in 2025 will make this a 5-Star property for future guests.
