Conveniently located just steps away from Spring Brook's clubhouse and minutes from Wisconsin Dells attractions, this five bedroom, three bath chalet home has two levels in addition to a beautifully finished basement complete with a family and game room. The home's exterior features a spacious wrap around deck perfect for grilling on the charcoal grill. Enjoy evening bonfires around the cement patio fire pit. Perfect for girls' weekend, family getaways or corporate gatherings, the American Great Outdoors sleeps a maximum of 14 people.

The main floor has a master bedroom with a king bed, TV, DVD and an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub. The roomy kitchen is well stocked and comes with full size appliances, including a dishwasher. Enjoy your morning coffee at the quant, convenient coffee bar located next to the kitchen and dining room, which has a large dining table with ample seating. The open layout has a roomy living room featuring cathedral ceilings, a gas fireplace and a large TV perfect for winding down after a fun day at the waterpark! A second bedroom with a queen bed and full bathroom in the hallway complete the layout of the first floor.

For privacy and added space, head upstairs where a third bedroom with two queen beds and loft are perched. The loft is furnished with a loveseat, daybed and bean bag chairs and makes a great nook for reading, watching TV or relaxing. Bring your devices as complimentary high speed fiber Wi-Fi is provided!

The lower level boasts a finished family room with cozy furniture including a queen sofa sleeper and a TV. A wet bar with a mini fridge and microwave adds to the fun, along with a pool table! The lower level also features two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed and TV while the other is furnished with a queen bed. A basement utility room with washer and dryer is also available for guest use.

The American Great Outdoors sits within view of the 9th tee box and is in very close proximity to Spring Brook's Clubhouse, which is home to the Spring Brook Sports Bar & Grill, indoor/outdoor pools, fitness room, golf course and pro shop. Although this home is not pet friendly, please be advised when the homeowners visit the home, they may bring their pet(s) (dog). Home sleeps maximum of 14, Rates Based on 10 people over the age of 3. Extra guest fee of $15/night per additional guest applies. Security Deposit of $500 required.
