SEASONAL RENTAL CONDOMINIUM CLOSED with 24h doorman, Prado and Alcobaça (BA) at 12km, Beach at 150m, 2 Air-conditioned rooms, one of which is a suite, 2 bathrooms, large mezzanine with fan and outside balcony, kitchen with appliances and utensils, living room with TV, barbecue, garden, all in a total area of 600m2. In the property evaluations, references were made to a swimming pool that no longer exists! Smokers: no smoking inside the house. Animals are refused or accepted under previously agreed conditions. People with reduced mobility, the house is single storey with easy accessibility. Power 220V.

Muito bom para a família

Casa muito boa e aconchegante, limpa, bem próxima da praia em local tranquilo e seguro. Falta piscina. Alguns comércios próximos... O acesso à praia é ótimo, ao lado de uma linda lagoa e restaurante a beira da areia. Perfeito para descansar com a família!

Muito bom!

Casa perfeita para 12 pessoas mesmo contendo só 2 quartos, o mezanino é grande e pode dormir varias pessoas. Mas o melhor de tudo é a piscina enorme. O terraço e a churrasqueira muito bom também. Toda nós adorámos.

Casa com perfeitas condiçoes e local muito lindo

Queria en primeiro lugar agradecer ao casal simpatico pelo atendimento que tivemos que foi excelente nesta casa com ambiente familiar. Como europeo gostei muito e senti-me praticamente como en casa. Pontos positos : conforto, limpeza, piscina bem cuidada, sitio lindissimo, comida. Pontos negativos: nao vi :). Amei e certamente voltarei !!!
