Unwind in this beautiful house in the heart of Orange Beach. Just completed in summer of 2024, this beach house has everything you and you guests need to create memories that will last a lifetime. With accommodations for 17 people, fully stocked chef's kitchen, game room with PS5, ping pong, huge TVs throughout, 3 porches with numerous seating options, a huge patio area with professional natural gas grill and plenty of room to enjoy a round of cornhole or just relax and converse with loved ones. You are also steps from the community zero entry pool with fire pit, bathrooms, and pavilion for your enjoyment after a long day at the beach. There are some of Orange Beach's best restaurants, mini golf, and your new beach access with bath house just a short walk away, less than 1/2 mile. Beach towels, boogie boards, beach wagon, fishing cart, sand toys, corn hole, beach chairs, and much more is provided for you. Just pack your bag! There is no more convenient place to stay in Orange Beach!

Our stay was fantastic on Paprika Ln! Everyone in our party loved the comfy beds and space. The proximity to the strip was ideal and yet the neighborhood was set back enough that ensured a quiet space. The host Adam was very responsive throughout the whole process from the time we booked til we checked out. 100% would recommend if you are looking for lots of space while being close to the beach and places along the strip.

The house was wonderfully warm, inviting, and clean. We had a few people in our party unable to come due to illness and work so it more than accommodated our party of 8. Adam is a wonderful host and is very communicative and responsive to any questions. I would stay here again based on my experience and having everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

The perfect house for a beach trip!!! They had everything we needed and more. The back patio was beautiful to enjoy with company and equipped with many games and beach necessities, easily accessible. The kitchen had everything we needed for large group dinners and plenty of seating. Host was easy to contact if necessary- would definitely rent again!

Beach was a little farther than was hoping but the house was amazingly stocked and set up great for larger groups. They even had a fishing and beach cart to help haul stuff to the beach. Teens walked to adventure island but in the hot sun came back soaked. Beach is very close but across the major hwy which made it a car trip for us with little ones. Pool is very nice and just around the corner. The teens had their own area upstairs to feel like their own and had fun with the PlayStation and Spider-Man 2. Really appreciated the extra towels available and easy checkout. Host is very quick to respond and very helpful.

Great location, like new, beautiful home.

We stayed here for 7 days with our children and grandchildren. The owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had very quickly. The home is like new and was one of the best equipped properties we had ever rented on VRBO. There was plenty of beach chairs and beach toys that we could use at the beach which was just a short 10 minute walk. You will have to cross a busy road but there is a crosswalk that leads to the public access beach. If your not into swimming in the ocean, there is a wonderful clean community pool just around the corner from the house. There is several great restaurants nearby and a fun putting course within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen came well equipped with plenty of quality pots, pans, dishes and anything else you need to make your own meals. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping and hangout space for our group of 13 where we never felt cramped. I highly recommend this home for a wonderful beach vacation.

This was our family vacation for the year, and when booking a house you hope the pictures and descriptions are accurate. This home exceeded our expectations and was more spacious than the pictures showed. It was clean, stocked above and beyond with things to cook with and take to the beach. We enjoyed the house as much as the beach. Close to the beach and pool. I highly recommend if you’re going to be in the area. Great experience, and good memories made.

My wife and I were born and raised in Asheville North Carolina. Asheville is paradise in the Appalachian Mountains. As usual, being from the mountains, we took advantage of every opportunity to escape to the beach. When we were finally able, we purchased this beautiful beach house and love sharing it with guests! Some of our fondest memories are of family vacations at the beach.
