The house offers you a stunning view of the beach, allowing you to still fall asleep to the sound of the sea.
Fully furnished, rustic and cozy furniture, complete with a spacious living room with internet, living room with TV, 07 suites with a reversible more dependence of maid, a spectacular balcony with tables and chairs, kitchen with refrigerator, 02 freezers, microwave, sandwich maker, electric oven, household utensils and barbecue.
We also have a beautiful sea view pool, a grassy field for volleyball and football, and 02 kayaks with oars.
Note: The property is located on a larger lot where a second (second) summer house is located, being the same of different owners but there is no wall or about division between them.
The HOSPEDES is aware that the house NEIGHBOR may be occupied by third parties according to the will of the owner of the same having no control or interference with said occupation.
And because it is located in a beach area, noise may occur, by parts of any neighbors or bystanders motorized or not.
