THE LAYOUT:
KITCHEN:
Step into this spacious and remodelled kitchen thoughtfully designed for both functionality and style. Filled with white cabinetry and bold navy walls that create a striking contrast. This kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher—make cooking & meal prep feel effortless. As well as counter seating, perfect for casual dining or morning coffee. Or enjoy a snack at the bistro-style table tucked by the corner windows bathed in natural light from the oversized windows. Whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, you'll find all the essentials: cookware, utensils, dishes, glassware, and even a coffee maker to start your morning right.
LIVING SPACE:
Just beyond the kitchen the living area of this loft offers a perfect blend of comfort, charm, and industrial flair. In the heart of this area there is a sofa ideal for lounging or movie nights. A sleek mounted TV and coffee table add modern function without compromising the loft's open feel. The dedicated desk area offers a peaceful and inspiring spot to get work done. With natural light streaming in and views of the surrounding cityscape from the large windows feel cozy and inspired.
SLEEPING AREA:
In the far corner of this loft the sleeping area offers a peaceful retreat with style and charm. Centered around a king-size, inviting bed surrounded by tall windows that let in soft, natural light and showcase exclusive views of the city. Close the black out curtains when you’re ready to unwind for a restful night’s sleep. A sleek nightstand with modern lighting and white noise machine sits beside the bed, and a contemporary dresser adds extra storage without sacrificing aesthetics. Whether you're winding down after a day out or enjoying a slow morning, this bedroom nook is designed for pure comfort and relaxation.
BATHROOM:
When you step into the apartment you’ll find closet space and the large bathroom. This bright and modern bathroom is designed with simplicity and comfort in mind. There is a natural wood vanity paired with a mirror and spa-like glass walk-in shower. This bathroom is fully stocked with the essentials that any guest would need including a bench for additional storage, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and a hair dryer to ensure a smooth and convenient stay.
THE BUILDING:
This striking red-brick industrial building that has been thoughtfully converted into modern loft-style apartments. Once part of a historic mill complex, known as the Stillman foundry. The structure retains its architectural charm with exposed brick walls, oversized factory-style windows, and soaring ceilings. These features create an airy, light-filled atmosphere and give the building its signature industrial-chic character. Despite the thorough renovations of all our apartments, the building itself remains an older structure and because of this and its proximity to the riverfront, it is considered unsuitable for young children. However, if your children are 6 years or older and you understand these considerations, we would be happy to accommodate your stay. We have one free dedicated off-street parking spot in our driveway.
